Hampden-Sydney College:
Hampden-Sydney College, located in Hampden-Sydney, Virginia, is a private four year liberal arts college for men offering undergraduate degree programs. Since 1775 the mission of Hampden-Sydney College has been to form good men and good citizens in an atmosphere of sound learning. Hampden-Sydney College is located on a 1340-acre wooded campus 60 miles southwest of Richmond, Virginia. There are 32 major buildings in the Federal style. Much of the campus has been designated a National Historic Preservation Zone.
