The American School of Paris, located in the heart of the magical city, is an independent, coeducational day school offering an educational program in English and French from pre-kindergarten through grade 13 for all students of international backgrounds. ASP is accredited by the Middle Schools Association and the Council of International Schools.
We are members of the National Association of Independent Schools, the European Council of International Schools, the Mediterranean Association of international schools and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education.
The school is registered as an Association Loi 1901(not-for-profit) organization in France. It is governed by a board of trustees, made up of members of the school community and the Head of School.
Programs:
Lower School Program (Pre-K-grade 5); Middle School Program (grades 6-8); and Upper (High) School Program (grades 9-12), Athlethics Program. The school year comprises 2 semesters extending from late August to late June for the Upper School and a trimester system for grades Kindergarten to 8. Classes taught in English and French.
Academic success:
Our high expectations for students’ academic success has led us to student-centered, integrated instructional strategies and a rich and diverse curriculum which includes core subjects, the arts, foreign languages, the International Baccalaureate and the Advanced Placement Program.
We take pride in the excellent test results achieved by our students and their fine record of admissions to selective institutions of higher learning. This, however, is no cause for us “to rest on our laurels.” Rather it inspires us to continually seek new and innovative ways to strengthen our programs and strategies.

The Canadian Bilingual School of Paris is a piece of Canada in the heart of central Paris! Opening its doors in September 2015, the School delivers the British Columbia Ministry of Education’s provincially prescribed curriculum for Kindergarten through Grade 12 students. Notre Dame International High School, Paris

• Situated in Verneuil sur Seine, only 30 minutes north-west of Paris by train, Notre Dame International High School (NDIHS) provides bilingual, college preparatory education to students from around the world. • Part of the Nacel International School System (NISS), we offer an American-styled high school curriculum taught in English to students in Grades 9-12, which leads to an American high school diploma.
• Students also benefit from an extensive French language and culture program. We provide 5 and 7 day boarding facilities as well as French homestays for further French cultural immersion.

Ombrosa International Bilingual School, Lyon

Ombrosa is a private, bilingual, international school in Lyon and Savoie, south east France. It operates within the French national system of education. It is also authorised by the IBO to offer the International Baccalaureate.The school’s aim is to provide an education tailored to the needs of each of its pupils from the Nursery through to the High School. Ombrosa welcomes French speaking, English speaking and international pupils.Throughout their school career, the students have opportunities to travel abroad for lessons in the country whose language they are studying. Open Doors, Paris
Courses / Programs
Open Doors provides English literacy classes for English-speaking children. We are based in the western suburbs of Paris and have been operating since 1985. Our classes are compatible with the French school timetable and all our pupils attend French school. Over 80 children, aged 4-11 years old, are currently enrolled. We limit the teacher/pupil ratio to 1 to 10. We employ only qualified primary school teachers who are native English speakers. They have wide experience of both an Anglophone education system and bilingual children. All nationalities are welcome but good spoken English is required. Open Doors is a non-profit making association run by parents. Fees are kept to a minimum. There are both nursery classes and primary school classes.
Nursery Program; Primary School Program. Language of Instruction is English. Nursery Classes (Tuition starts at 4 years old. French school is not compulsory until 6 years old) and Primary School Classes ( From nursery classes, children progress into Class 1 and can stay with us throughout primary school.
Pauline Fraisse Art & Culture, Paris

Pauline Fraisse Art & Culture is an art school in Paris city center that provides private drawing and painting classes to young children & teenagers (ages 4 to 17), and adults & tourists.Taught in summer and year-round, mediums taught include drawing with colored pens and pencil/ ink, sketching with pencil, watercolor painting, acrylic painting and mixed media; oil painting, and more.
Courses take place in our studio in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, a chic and refined neighborhood on the Left Bank (South Side) of the River Seine, near to the Eiffel Tower. It is also conveniently close to the metro stations Ecole Militaire and La Tour-Maubourg (Métro Line 8).
