Janitorial Supervisor​/Project

Work at various customer accounts as needed to fill in or start a new job. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas to meet health standards; complete assigned project work.

• Experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Must have open availability (including but not limited to weekends) 5:30 PM - 1:30 AM.

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (e.g., buffer, walk‑behind, spot‑carpet cleaner).
• General cleaning of the building, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Sanitize restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Spot‑clean glass partitions, window blinds, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window sills, equipment, and other assigned areas.
• Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Experience with stripping and waxing.
