Job Overview

Donson is looking for building maintenance/housekeeping personnel. This position is full-time day shift and requires the ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.

Monday – Friday: 8am – 4:30pm

Alsip, IL

• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license
• Ability to work at a fast pace and keep up with several building needs
• Must be a team player and have reliable transportation
• Previous experience in building maintenance is a plus

• Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and cleaning interior facilities
• Maintain exterior grounds, including litter removal, summer watering, and basic planting
• Removal of trash, scrap metal, and debris
• Assist in building-related projects such as painting and installation of basic instruments (as needed)
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Check and report visible damage to interior/exterior of property or materials
• Monitor and report supply needs
• Have a fantastic attitude and show a willingness to learn
• Other duties as assigned
