Position Title: Maintenance / Lube Tech

Wage: $17.00 - $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Join our team as a Maintenance/Lube Technician and play a crucial role in ensuring machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to apply your mechanical skills in a hands‑on environment while supporting day-to-day equipment maintenance and cleanliness.

• Maintain machine water and coolant levels, checking twice daily to ensure proper operation
• Top off machine oil levels on a daily basis to support equipment performance
• Clean and replace old coolant tanks, ensuring proper maintenance of cooling systems
• Assist maintenance mechanics with light preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and repairs
• Operate in a machine shop environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards
• Handle and manage lubricants and fluids safely, following all safety protocols

• Previous experience in machine maintenance or a similar mechanical role
• Comfortable working in a machine shop environment and performing manual tasks
• Willingness to get dirty and handle fluids and maintenance tasks
• Ability to perform physical work, including manual handling, working in various environments and lifting up to 50 lbs
