Laurel Heights Hospital is a 112‑bed facility located in Atlanta, Ga. We are dedicated to providing youth with compassionate mental health treatment that encourages self‑responsibility and personal growth. We provide psychiatric treatment to children and adolescents that present with a broad range of psychiatric behavioral disorders and autism. Lead Maintenance Tech must have supervisory skills and general experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning along with experience in repairs and maintenance. HVAC certification preferred. Must have oral communication skills and legible handwriting. Must be able to concentrate on tasks in high‑traffic areas, keep information confidential, meet deadlines, set priorities, and deal courteously with the public and patients. The Lead Maintenance Tech will work with minimal supervision and understand that safety is as important as job completion.

• Education: High school diploma/GED required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of general maintenance and supervisory skills.
• Licensure/Certification: HVAC preferred.
