Facilities Supervisor

Arrow Exterminators is currently seeking a dependable and hands‑on Facilities Supervisor to support and oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance and operations of our five‑building corporate campus in the Atlanta Metro area. This full‑time, hourly position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall condition of our facilities while providing operational support for vendors, inspections, corporate events, and light security needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑building environment.

• Oversee and perform day‑to‑day facilities maintenance operations across a five‑building campus.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure buildings, grounds, and systems remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained.
• Perform hands‑on maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, minor sheetrock repair, painting, and general handyman work.
• Coordinate and manage vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and required inspections.
• Support corporate events by assisting with setup, breakdown, and facility readiness.
• Monitor facility conditions and address safety concerns promptly and proactively.
• Maintain organized records related to maintenance activities, vendor work, and inspections.
• Provide light security oversight to support building access and overall campus safety.
• Respond to facility‑related issues and prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational needs.

• Basic carpentry and handyman skills, including minor sheetrock repair and painting.
• Experience coordinating and working with vendors or external service providers.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused approach to work.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, and operating tools.
