We are seeking to establish a pool of Cleaners for permanent and fixed‑term, part‑time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Located in Hammond Park, Jilbup Primary School opened in 2024 and caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. The new modern school includes an administration block, early childhood teaching block, general learning areas, an inclusive education room, and specialist rooms for art and science. Students and staff also enjoy access to a well‑equipped library, covered assembly area, music room, oval, and hard courts.

To be suitable for this role you will ideally have a good attention to detail and be able to work well both individually and as part of a team to ensure a clean and safe school environment. Suitable applicants should be organised, flexible, reliable, punctual, and possess excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment, procedures, and safe work practices.

• Internal cleaning duties, including the maintenance of carpets and hard floor surfaces, toilet cleaning, furniture and fittings, window cleaning, dusting, rubbish removal, and other general cleaning tasks.
• External cleaning duties, including cleaning verandas and covered areas, rubbish removal, cleaning of drinking troughs, window cleaning, removal of cobwebs, and other duties as required by the Cleaner‑In‑Charge.
