Job Overview
The Window Washer will be responsible for washing the interior and exterior windows for all buildings except those requiring chair work, which is contracted to outside vendor.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- Clean interior and exterior windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures.
- Use cleaning solutions, squeegees, and other tools to remove dirt, streaks, and grime.
- Ensure safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
- Inspect windows and report any damages or maintenance needs.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Maintain and store equipment properly after use.
- Present a professional appearance and conduct.
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
- Take direction and respond to supervision.
- Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
- Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education And/Or ExperienceHigh School Diploma / GED with 6 months – 1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMay be required to have a valid driver’s license.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
