Title:

Desktop Support/Field Service Technician/Computer Driving Technician.

Location:

Atlanta, GA (and many US locations).

Type of Job:
Long term Contract/Contract to permanent.

• Drive to various customer locations (pickup parts location).
• Visit business offices and houses to repair/troubleshoot/Break‑fix computers, desktops, laptops, printers.
• Use your own car to travel to customers.
• Primarily work with Dell products (previous experience is plus).
• Travel within 50 to 70 miles radius from pickup parts location.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Ready for overtime work and extensive driving (300 miles per week).

• A+ Certification mandatory (training/expired status accepted).
• Dell or other product manufacturer certification a plus.
• Good experience working on laptops and desktops is mandatory.
• Good experience on Break/Fix required.

• Background check and driving record required after job offer.
• Must complete Dell certification training (online) – free.
• Contract agreement terms and conditions apply.
• Pay paid biweekly for approved hours.
• Mileage reimbursed – contact for details.
• Plan for backup vehicle if your car breaks down.

• Standard pay rate and good mileage reimbursement.
