Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Respond to guest requests and assist with maintenance tasks in accordance with company guidelines;
Perform repairs listed on work orders and preventitive maintenance as outlined in the Green Shield Binder;
Maintain organized and clean maintenance areas and safeguard tool inventory daily;
Ensure fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current;
Follow the Green Shield Binder SOPs and schedule to complete tasks in a timely fashion
