Facilities Associate, Delivery

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships within the Home Delivery Team
• Assist in quality repairs and upkeep of the Home Delivery Center, including building, grounds, systems, storage structures and devices
• Clean and maintain break area appliances, office upgrades, maintenance and repairs at the highest level
• Ensure grounds and landscaping are maintained properly
• Carpet repair, move furniture in and out of offices, and hang art and decor
• Self‑motivated and perform preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance
• Maintain a safe work environment by observing and enforcing OSHA and HAZMAT requirements
• Partner with third‑party services to ensure needs are met for Home Delivery Center operations
• Execute a level of quality and service with work orders and ensure work is completed as required to meet the needs of the operation
• Assist in housekeeping of the Home Delivery Center at all levels
• Vacuum and mop floors, tidy rooms, gather trash, and restock supplies
• Polish furniture, deep clean rugs, floors, windows, and walls while keeping all areas free of dust
• Deep clean and refresh the restrooms

• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail in your work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as mental flexibility
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities
• Look for opportunities to resolve issues in a fast‑paced, challenging environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps a plus

• Flexibility to work variable shifts and travel overnight 25% of the time

• Frequently move and lift small to medium items up to 75 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
• Spend time working in a warehouse and office setting
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching and climbing
• Might be exposed to cold and hot temperatures and noisy environment
