TAP Insulation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Check and double‑check work order and load truck with all supplies needed
• Set up ladders, tarps, hose, and drills as needed at the job site
• Hook up insulation machine to a power source
• Run, operate, and load the machine with insulation for the duration of the job
• Check equipment for proper cleanliness, operation, and necessary repairs
• Clean up tarps and vacuum any debris left behind
• Manage and track tools and equipment while reloading the truck at the end of the day
• Sweep up any debris outside the house that may have been caused
• Check in with homeowner for satisfaction with clean‑up
• Travel throughout the region, including overnight travel if required
• Be cross‑trained in other areas of pest control
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Great verbal communication skills and ability to take direction
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills; positive team player
• Punctuality and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence
• Experience working in attics and small crawl spaces
• Ability to work in various types of weather and temperature conditions
• Operation of an assigned company vehicle to travel throughout Maryland, including overnight travel
