Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 Midnight

Seeking two reliable and hardworking Industrial Janitors to support cleaning and facility maintenance operations in Sandy Springs, GA. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized industrial environment through routine cleaning, floor care, waste removal, and general housekeeping duties.

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facility areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Shampoo carpets and perform spot cleaning treatments.
• Clean walls, windows, mirrors, glass partitions, furniture, and fixtures.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean, stock, and maintain restrooms.
• Dust furniture, blinds, vents, ceilings, and equipment.
• Prepare and use cleaning solutions according to company procedures.
• Operate cleaning equipment and power tools safely.
• Report maintenance and repair issues to supervisors.
• Maintain janitorial supplies and equipment in good working condition.
• Support special cleaning projects and client events as needed.
• Follow all company safety, quality, security, and compliance standards.

• Previous industrial, commercial, custodial, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
• Valid driver's license may be required for certain duties.

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals.
