Day Porter

• Location 350 Spelman Lane Southwest, Atlanta, GA, 30314, United States
• Base Pay $16.5 - $16.5 / Hour

This position involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming. This is an on-call position
, meaning work hours may vary depending on the needs of the site. Candidates must be flexible and available for call-ins as required.

• Collect and empty trash cans.
• Dust all surfaces (walls, furniture, and equipment).
• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
• Perform routine maintenance activities.
• Clean and polish fixtures and furniture.
• Follow safety procedures for using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Notify management of needed repairs or maintenance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.

• Minimum six (6) months of janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience using cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and respond to call-ins as needed.

Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
