Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Job Summary:
The EMEC Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all mechanical and electrical equipment within EMEC's realm of responsibility. Ensures that work activities and/or projects are completed timely and inspects the quality of work. The EMEC Technician assists in ensuring that employees work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Associate's Degree (Technical Diploma) or 2 years college coursework in the electro‑mechanical field required
- Three to five years job related experience in commercial industry required
- State of Georgia Electrical or Mechanical License required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Any of the following: ASSE 6040 Professional Qualification, Standard for Medical Gas Maintenance Personal and ASSE 6030 Professional Qualification Standard for Medical Gas System Verifiers.
