We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This full‑time position is located on the road in the area around Lovejoy, GA. The role reports to our office in Atlanta, GA once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels at working individually.

Compensation: $17.25 – $21.25 per hour plus uncapped bonuses (unique to us), and an annual incentive trip to the Circle of Excellence.

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Act as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Note:
  
  Assigned a route in your local area
• Carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

• No experience necessary; we will train you
• A US driver’s license valid for a minimum of three years
• A clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years)
• Drug test and background check required for all new hires
