Position: Maintenance Manager (Overnight, 9p-7:00a)

Job Description Summary

The Coca‑Cola Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee repair, modification, and installation of equipment to improve production efficiency and optimize machine time availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an effective Equipment Maintenance program to improve production efficiency and ensure optimum machine time availability.
  • Review plant production equipment and recommend process improvements related to quality, cost, efficiency, yield, etc.
  • Synthesize data and identify problems through operational and financial analysis to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Track maintenance schedules for facility equipment to ensure preventive maintenance is current and performed correctly.
  • Record and analyze plant equipment performance data using design and performance specifications to ensure optimum machine reliability.
  • Inspect plant production support systems and equipment (HVAC, compressed air, boiler operation, water treatment filtration system, production lines, process security, wastewater treatment) to support effective plant operation.
  • Evaluate M&R suppliers using KO guidelines to select optimal suppliers.
  • Measure the use of equipment spare parts by tracking spare parts transactions through SAP PM tool to determine proper re-order points.
  • Maintain and lead the Maintenance and Calibration portion of the Management System.
  • Provide direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.
  • Train and qualify associates to install or repair equipment according to company guidelines.
  • Provide technical assessment of equipment to determine what components should be repaired or replaced to maximize performance.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    AA, AS, Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, technical training or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience; 7+ years of managerial experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to support a long‑term maintenance plan with year‑over‑year improvement in reliability, maintenance KPIs and maintenance cost.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing management principles, supply chain capabilities, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of national, state, and local regulatory requirements related to food safety, safety, environment, and emergency management.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Maintenance Troubleshooting, Failure Analysis, and change management within an engineering system.
  • Ability to provide off‑shift/weekend support as needed.
  • Ability to assess gaps in design and performance of equipment, design corrective actions, and make basic corrections and repairs.
  • Experience working in field‑based environments overseeing troubleshooting, commissioning, repair, removal, and improvement of equipment.
Functional & Technical Skills
  • HACCP experience.
  • ISO (14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007) or other management system experience.
  • TPM certification and continuous improvement experience (ESW, Kaizen, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.).
  • SAP PM experience.
  • Project management, P&L management, spending controls, parts inventory management, equipment preventive maintenance management.
  • Knowledge of dispensing equipment installation principles and analytical engineering tools for root‑cause analysis.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range:$105,500–$115,000 USD (base pay may vary based on geography, knowledge, skills, and experience). A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits will be offered, dependent on the position.
