Fulton Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated Floor Tech to join our environmental services team. Help us maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming atmosphere for our residents, staff, and visitors. • Clean, strip, wax, buff, and maintain all facility floors
• Clean assigned areas
• Operate floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, extractors, etc.)
• Assist with carpet cleaning and surface maintenance
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures
• Ensure all rooms and floors remain clean, safe, and presentable
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Complete light maintenance tasks assigned by the maintenance supervisor, such as cleaning AC filters and painting
• Maintain a schedule of routine floor care and room cleans

• Prior floor tech or janitorial experience (healthcare setting a plus)
• Familiarity with floor care equipment and cleaning products
• Willingness to take on light maintenance responsibilities
• Strong work ethic, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude
