Operator – Machine 2

Salary: $43,691 annually

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday and some weekends

The Operator – Machine 2 is responsible for producing quality product while running continuous motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment efficiently and safely.

Duties include:

• Prepare quality check sheets
• Operate and troubleshoot multiple pieces of equipment efficiently
• Perform product and package changeover without assistance
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum:

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance
• Regular and prompt attendance essential
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Maintain neat professional appearance within company guidelines
• Maintain safety and security of company assets
• Utilize company resources and technology
• Less than high school education; or 3‑6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule
• Work with all functional team members
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Climb 10‑12 ft ladder

Position requires compliance with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program and various physical tasks. Requirements are mapped as follows:
