Director of Maintenance
The Director of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across multiple frozen food warehouse facilities totaling approximately 280,000 square feet. This role ensures efficient, safe, and reliable facility operations.
Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facility equipment.
- Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials.
- Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and work spaces.
- Conduct maintenance and repair of building systems, grounds, wiring, and equipment.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of maintenance and custodial associates and contract workers.
$26.00 hourly
