Atlantic Pacific Companies seeks an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for a 240-unit market-rate community in Atlanta, GA. The role leads hands-on maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep common areas and residences in top condition.
You will manage the maintenance team, complete work orders promptly, and coordinate with the Property Manager to meet budget and safety standards. This full-time position includes on-call evenings and a 8:00am-5:00pm schedule.
