Onsite Maintainance Supervisor

Position:
On-site Maintenance Supervisor

• Support maintenance activities at assigned HUD-owned or HUD-assisted properties.
• Maintain the assigned property in a decent, safe, sanitary, and good repair condition.
• Perform maintenance activities necessary to support ongoing property operations.
• Maintain the required professional certification throughout the period of contract performance.

• Must be a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT).
