Perform closing duties, including storing reusable items, locking doors, and breaking down goods. Set up and maintain work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Transport dirty linens for cleaning, separating napkins from tablecloths, and restocking clean linens. Follow clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
