Position DetailsJob Title: Service Manager
Reports to: Community Manager
What You’ll Do- Lead and inspire a team of service technicians
- Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor services
- Ensure units and common areas are ready and maintained to our high standards
- Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
- Oversee budget management and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Be part of the on-call rotation for emergency needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Type I & II or Universal certification (required)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- 2-3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience
- Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with property management software (Real Page) and Microsoft Office
This role involves standing, walking, lifting, driving, climbing stairs, and working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Work Schedule- Full-time
- On-call rotation required
