Building Coordinator I

Facilitate building maintenance services within an assigned facility, including custodial duties, deliveries, office moves, equipment installation and maintenance, and building security.
Responsibilities- Serve as the contact and resource for building occupants regarding facilities needs and requests.
- Arrange for and participate in moves of office equipment and furniture within the assigned facility.
- Maintain building records and logs; prepare reports as required.
- Arrange for repair and maintenance services related to building equipment and facilities.
- Order, distribute, and stock supplies.
- Coordinate and facilitate building inspections; monitor building safety conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED certificate, or vocational school diploma.
- Three to five years of job‑related experience.
- Working knowledge of building operations and general maintenance requirements.
- Customer service skills.
- Records‑maintenance skills and basic equipment assembly skills.
- Proficiency in office‑related computer applications.

Compensation & LocationJob Grade: C6
• Pay Range: $17.98 – $24.45 per hour
