Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep a high-rise property in excellent condition. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and ready vacant units for leasing while upholding safety, cleanliness, and quality across common areas.
This role requires EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, state/local licenses, and a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation on site.
