Job Title and Location

Technician II – Atlanta, GA. $250 Sign-On Bonus.

As a Technician II at Main Event, you will maintain game and entertainment equipment, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and provide excellent guest service.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive, and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
• Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical and electrical components such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order supplies, tools, and materials as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility.
• Receive paid on-the-job training.

• 18+ years of age.
• 1+ year of general knowledge/skill set in repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment or arcade games.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork ability.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to learn and use multiple business support systems.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools and ability to perform work.
• Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
