Perform minor maintenance and repair work on plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities and equipment;
Troubleshoot pneumatic tube system;
Perform routine vehicle maintenance;
Assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned Medical Center facilities during other than normal working hours;
