- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment vacuum sealers band saws dicers slicers grinders etc Carry out lubrication mechanical adjustments and electrical inspections in accordance with preventive routines
Diagnose failures in mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic and vacuum systems
Ensure compliance with food safety standards HACCP GMP and follow all safety procedures and proper use of PPERespond to maintenance work orders promptly & record maintenance activities in reports or maintenance systems
Assist in the installation setup and commissioning of new equipment & support predictive maintenance programs
- Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance Electromechanics Mechatronics or related fields
- Equivalent experience may be considered
25 years in industrial maintenance; experience in the food preferable - Knowledge of USDASQFSOPGMPs is a plus Basic to intermediate electrical and electronic systems pneumatics and hydraulics
Reading electrical and mechanical diagrams
Bilingual Spanish English Must be able to read and write in English to perform necessary documentation
