Janitorial Agent (Full-Time)

Job duties include cleaning and sanitizing windows, restrooms, surfaces, and trim; cleaning building floors; replenishing supplies; emptying trash cans; preparing cleaning solutions; and performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications include being a local resident, passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check, being at least 18 years of age, having authorization to work in the United States, completing ramp and SIDA training, and having a high school diploma or GED.

Physical requirements include lifting and moving items of 70 pounds and more, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping for extended periods, and working in outside weather conditions.
