RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to maintain and enhance the value of a multifamily community. You will step in for the Maintenance Manager when unavailable and lead daily maintenance operations on-site.
Responsibilities include rapid on-call response, completing work orders within 24–48 hours, and coordinating with residents, staff, and contractors. EPA certification and basic Office skills are required with preferred CPO and 1 year of experience.
