Housekeeper – Deep Clean & Recurring Cleaning

We are looking for a housekeeper to deep clean our new midtown apartment. The deep clean will be a one‑time job followed by a general cleaning once a month if the arrangement works. Our two‑bedroom, two‑bath apartment covers 1,212 sq ft. The bedrooms have carpet, while the rest of the space features hard flooring. We have no pets at the moment but may occasionally bring a dog for pet‑sitting.

Flexible day/time of week and duration are available; we can adjust based on how long the cleaning actually takes. Pictures can be provided upon request.

• Vacuum and sweep carpets in both bedrooms.
• Mop all hard floors.
• Dust all surfaces.
• Clean windows, counters, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
• Adjust cleaning duration to match actual time needed.

Apartment details: two bedrooms, two baths, 1,212 sq ft; carpeted bedrooms, hard flooring elsewhere. Occasional dog presence possible. Pictures available upon request.
