Director of Maintenance & Reliability

Rise Baking Company, LLC seeks a Director of Maintenance & Reliability to lead plant maintenance strategies across our commercial bakery operations. In this role, you will develop and execute reliability programs, oversee maintenance teams, and ensure maximum uptime for production equipment. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, manage capital improvement projects, optimize spare parts and CMMS, and champion safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and quality, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, craftsmanship, and accountability while mentoring leaders and technicians.
