Maintenance Technician - Villas at Princeton Lakes

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and performing repairs according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and ensuring tasks are completed;
Access and manage materials, supplies, and tools from the property maintenance department, track usage, and notify supervisor for re-orders;
Document all work and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner to ensure proper logging of service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage, and performing related tasks
