Walton Communities is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to provide oversight for capital expenditure projects, environmental response, and maintenance operations across multiple communities in the Atlanta area. You will lead field teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to Walton's quality standards.
You will coordinate project scopes, supervise on-site progress, and maintain open communication with principals and property teams.
