Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Critical Facility Technician Lead—Swing Shift to oversee real-time shift operations in a 24/7 data center. You will lead on-shift technicians, monitor electrical and mechanical systems, and coordinate incident response while ensuring safety and adherence to SOPs.
Responsibilities include supervising UPS, generators, switch gear, PDU, and cooling units, using BMS/DCIM tools, documenting turnover, and driving preventive and corrective maintenance.
