Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Metro Atlanta
Reports To: VP of Facilities and Security
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Salary: $32.96 - $35.71
SUMMARYUnder the direct supervision of the Vice President of Facilities and Security, this position is responsible for ensuring all agency building maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner, while maintaining a safe and functional environment for employees, patients and visitors. This role will also support Facilities leadership on the maintenance of O&M projects from concept to completion.

- 13. Ability and willingness to travel within the states of GA, AL & MI.
- 14. Reliable means of transportation for onsite and off-site work.
- 15. If using a personal vehicle to drive for work purposes, a valid state driver license and current auto insurance in compliance with the minimum requirements of the state’s vehicle code are required.

- c) Floor maintenance/replacement
- d) Carpet maintenance/replacement
- e) Minor plumbing
- f) Lighting, ballast replacement, retrofitting
- h) Grounds keeping (Sweep/Hose off front entrances and sidewalk
- i) Report/Clean any graffiti, clean plant beds, pull weeds & water plants
