The Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta, GA, supporting the maintenance and efficient operation of TWELVE Hotels and Residences properties. Responsibilities include monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment to ensure guest comfort and safety. The Engineer will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests and emergencies, and document all work completed according to property standards.

This role partners closely with the operations and housekeeping teams to minimize downtime, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and support a clean, well-functioning environment. The Engineer is expected to provide professional, courteous service to guests and colleagues while maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.

• Experience with building maintenance systems, including basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance routines, use hand and power tools safely, and follow technical manuals and work orders.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, local building codes, and best practices for a hotel or residential environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally with guests, vendors, and internal teams.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior experience in hospitality, facilities, or property maintenance is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical, building maintenance) is a plus.
