Lead General Cleaner - Marsden South

Shift: Monday thru Friday 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wage: $21.00/hr.

• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
• Sweep/mop/vacuum
• Remove and dispose of trash
• High and low dusting

• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Must maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times.
• Must wear the required company uniform properly and consistently while on duty.
• Must demonstrate professionalism when interacting with clients, coworkers, and visitors.
• Must have prior janitorial experience.
• Must have previous supervisory experience in a janitorial or facility services environment.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Must be able to lead and motivate team members to ensure quality service delivery.
• Must be able to identify and resolve issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
