Marsden Services is seeking a Backup Maintenance Technician in Atlanta, GA to fill in when the Primary Technician is out. You will perform building repairs, prep vacant units, support preventive maintenance, and communicate with residents, vendors, and management.
You must be available for on-call shifts and complete assigned work safely and on time. The role requires basic maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
