Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Pay range from $28 - $35 depending on experience!

Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility maintenance in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Job Description:
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment
- Maintain processing equipment, conveyors, packaging machinery, and plant systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical components such as bearings, belts, chains, and gearboxes
- Troubleshoot basic pneumatic and low-voltage electrical systems
- Perform routine facility maintenance including plumbing, building repairs, and general upkeep
- Support equipment installations and line changeovers
- Perform light welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG) on stainless steel components
- Use CMMS to document maintenance activities and work orders
- Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Collaborate with production, QA, and sanitation teams to maintain safe operations
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
- Execute preventive maintenance programs on production machinery
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts usage
- Perform facility and equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food, beverage, pharma, or packaging preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude (bearings, belts, chains, drive systems)
- Experience with basic pneumatics and low-voltage electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr. Full benefits package including health visio and dental continued growth
