Attitash Village is seeking a hands‑on Interior Renovation Maintenance Manager to lead our interior maintenance team and oversee daily maintenance operations across resort units, common areas, and related properties.

This role is ideal for a maintenance, facilities, construction, or renovation leader who can manage people, projects, budgets, vendor relationships, and guest/owner service with professionalism and accountability.

What You'll Do

Lead, train, schedule, and hold the Interior Maintenance team accountable for quality, safety, communication, and follow-through. Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, emergency maintenance, and interior property projects from quote through completion. Partner with resort departments, owners, HOAs, vendors, and leadership to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to resort standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily interior maintenance operations
  • Prioritize, assign, and follow up on work orders
  • Lead renovation, repair, and maintenance projects
  • Prepare scopes, estimates, schedules, and materials plans
  • Manage vendors, contractors, purchasing, billing, and project costs
  • Maintain strong communication with guests, owners, HOAs, and internal teams
  • Support budgeting, cost control, documentation, and department profitability
  • Ensure safe, organized, professional work areas, tools, vehicles, and equipment
  • Provide weekend, holiday, emergency, and on‑call support as needed
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities, property maintenance, construction, hospitality maintenance, resort maintenance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry, renovations, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, finishes, and building systems
  • Experience managing projects, estimates, schedules, vendors, budgets, invoices, and job costs
  • Proven ability to lead and hold a team accountable
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Valid driver's license required
  • CPR/AED and Certified Pool Operator certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, on‑call shifts, and adjusted schedules as needed
