THRYVE of Burbank is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Director to join our team. As a Housekeeping Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients. • Clean and maintain patient rooms, common areas, and public spaces to the highest standards
• Restock supplies and linens as needed
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Assist with laundry and linen distribution
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facility management team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Supervise and lead a team of Housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning procedures

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly to respond to patient needs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
