Night Custodian
Salary Rate: $20.00/hour
Hours:
2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Duties and responsibilities for this area are as follows:
- Cleaning all classrooms, stairs, and washrooms.
- All washrooms are to be cleaned and scrubbed nightly, sinks-stools-urinals-floors and walls.
- All washrooms are to be mopped nightly.
- Clean all hallways dust and mop.
- Dust filing cabinets, window sills, chalkboards, chalkrails, halls and where needed.
- Clean any writing from lockers and wall nightly.
- Vacuum carpets in offices and rooms nightly.
- Wet mop all spills in area.
- Keep all trash can's cleaned and scrubbed nightly.
- Report lights that are burned out to the night foreman.
- Area is outlined on attached map.
- Work schedules are subject to changes.
- Employee is responsible to regularly look for and report to the foreman any safety hazards in the assigned area.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Entire area must be cleaned and disinfected and ready for the next day's operation.
