Hogsalt is seeking a Full Time Restaurant Maintenance Technician/ Handyman to support our current restaurants in Chicago.

Experience &

Qualifications:

* Strong carpentry experience preferred

* Minimum of 5-6 years in-field experience with commercial maintenance

* Knowledge of kitchen equipment is preferred

* Individuals with hotel maintenance experience encouraged to apply

* Must have a valid driver's license

* Must be able to provide a reliable vehicle

* Hogsalt covers on-duty parking expenses

* Compensation for travel mileage

Shift and

Schedule:

* Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week

* Available to work one weekend day per week

* 8-hour workday from 6am- 2pm is typical

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform repairs in the following areas. Some familiarity with associated manufacturers is preferred

* Carpentry - Millwork and Furniture repair

* Plumbing - Toto, Crown, Everpure, T&S

* Electrical - Siemens, Square D, Eaton

* Kitchen equipment - Rational, Jade, Pitco, Southbend

* Drywall install and finishing

* Works cleanly with Silicone and Caulk

* Painting

* General restaurant maintenance

* Respond to maintenance requests from restaurants in a timely fashion

* Perform regular property inspections

* Work well independently and on a team

* Advise restaurant managers on technical engineering issues

* Report to Facilities Director and Facilities Manager

Responsabilidades laborales:

* Realice reparaciones en las siguientes áreas. Se prefiere cierta familiaridad con los fabricantes asociados.

* Carpintería - Reparación de carpintería y muebles.

* Plomería - Toto, Crown, Everpure, T&S

* Electricidad - Siemens, Square D, Eaton

* Equipos de cocina:
Rational, Jade, Pitco, Southbend

* Instalación y acabado de paneles de yeso

* Funciona limpiamente con silicona y masilla.

* Mantenimiento general de restaurantes

* Responder a las solicitudes de mantenimiento de los restaurantes de manera oportuna.

* Realizar inspecciones periódicas de la propiedad.

* Trabajar bien de forma independiente y en equipo.
