We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and elevate maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. This is a high-autonomy role ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys working on the floor while shaping processes, building programs, and driving equipment reliability.

- 60–75% hands-on maintenance; 25–40% supervision, planning, and coordination

- Lead maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime
- Support Cap Ex planning, vendor management, and facility systems
- Direct and assign work to maintenance technicians (4–5 direct reports)
- Maintain readiness across three facilities
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs as needed
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs
- Manage CMMS (Maintain
X) including PMs, inventory, and work orders - Establish and enforce LOTO procedures
- Manage vendors and outsourced services
- Support Cap Ex planning and equipment evaluations
- Oversee facility systems including fire and burglar alarms
- 3–5+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience (industrial environment)
- 2+ years of supervisory experience with strong planning and scheduling skills
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting expertise
- Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V; basic PLC knowledge
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, pumps, and motors
- CMMS experience (Maintain
X preferred) - Facilities maintenance experience
- Capital expense planning experience
- Strong project management, communication, and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of OSHA and applicable regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated job stability and longevity
- Experience with cutting equipment, welders, robots, coating/painting, or packaging machinery
- Tooling experience
- Technical certifications or formal training
