The successful Janitor/Custodian will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule. Daily duties: clean and maintain the lobby, including cleaning windows and doors, mopping floors, vacuuming hallways and carpets, cleaning laundry, community areas, conference rooms, and management offices.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour

• Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
• Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
• Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
• Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain sanitary conditions.

• Two (2) years experience.
