We’re looking for a Multi-Unit Maintenance Manager who understands how to keep restaurant operations running smoothly by staying ahead of facility and equipment issues rather than just reacting to them.
This is a hands‑on field leadership role supporting several quick‑service / food service locations.
What you’ll do:- Lead maintenance and repair oversight across multiple restaurant sites
- Troubleshoot refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical building systems
- Work with blueprints, technical specifications, and equipment schematics
- Respond to urgent operational maintenance needs with speed and accuracy
- Perform physical inspection and repair work when necessary
- Experience managing maintenance across multiple locations in restaurant or food service environments
- Strong working knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Practical electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field maintenance tasks
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of building performance, keeps operational risks low, and solves problems before they impact the guest experience.
