Specialty Cleaner

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Specialty Cleaner to service multiple client locations across Illinois. This role goes beyond standard janitorial work and focuses on high-quality specialty cleaning services, including floor care, carpet care, and window cleaning.

• Perform advanced floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing hard surfaces.
• Provide carpet care services including vacuuming, spot treatment, and extraction cleaning.
• Clean interior and exterior accessible windows to maintain a professional appearance at all sites.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively (floor machines, extractors, carpet cleaners, etc.).
• Follow established cleaning schedules across 12 assigned client accounts.
• Ensure all locations meet quality and safety standards.
• Travel between multiple job sites throughout Illinois as scheduled.
• Maintain a professional and customer-service-oriented presence at all locations.

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, or window cleaning preferred.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites (reliable transportation required).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and handle cleaning equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
